Create an adoption information clearinghouse that could put prospective adoptive parents nationwide within easy access of agencies, churches and local counseling centers that desire to participate in the adoption process with the expectant mother.

Create a pool of funds to facilitate intervention strategies that would seek to identify expectant mothers during their pregnancy and expose those mothers to the new four dimensional scan that creates a moving picture in a DVD of the child in the womb.

Create a clearinghouse of local people committed to assist with any and all measures necessary to assist a mother with pre-birth medical and living expenses, the birthing process, post-birth care, and integration with the adoption process.
