Dear Oremus Family,

There is this wonderful place. It's a garden and it is beautiful! The road that leads to the secret garden is beautiful, too. It curves through a neighborhood. The road is cobblestone, I think. On either side, there are homes that are so pretty. There are graceful trees and flowers that line it. The light is soft. There are happy sounds coming from the homes, laughter and friendly conversations. Someone is cooking a nice dinner. It will be ready soon. But there's time for a walk to the garden, to the flowers, all in a tangle, to see the roses, wildflowers and splendor.

The garden has a rock wall all around it. It's an enclosed garden. It's fun to walk on the rock wall, to hop over the roses. Really fun to play follow the Leader! Would you like to play with the best Playmate of all? With your Friend? He loves you. He's waiting for you.

Friends, I am giving to you the picture I have in my heart of heaven. It is very good medicine to think about heaven every single day, to imagine heaven, to hope for it, and to work for it, here. This place only lasts a lifetime, heaven is forever.
