Thank you Lord, for the gift of our new Holy Father! Thank You for this tremendous blessing. Please, Lord, bless Pope Benedict. Bestow on him, this very day, all the gifts needed - Wisdom, Understanding, Counsel, Fortitude, Knowledge, Fear of the Lord, and Piety. Thank You, Lord. Please protect Pope Benedict, strengthen him, inspire him. Help him Lord! Help him to lead your people and the world to You. Amen.
