Friends, we who receive the greatest Gift of all, we must pray. It is our job to pray, and to act to change things here. There is so much evil now. Abortion continues. Blasphemy continues. The Body of our Christ is being persecuted.

But prayer changes things. Are you willing to be a soldier for Him? Are you willing to sacrifice? To say yes to the One Who is Your Beloved? To give a gift back to the One Who gives all of Himself to you? Yes?

THEN, let's declare a fast. Pick a day of the week (other than Sunday, of course). And on that day, every week, please, deny yourself. Give something up. It could be food, and on your fast day, you eat only bread and drink only water. It could be you give up full meals and eat very simply, with nothing in between. Or give up TV, newspapers, magazines. You will know what is a sacrifice for you.

Please let us know what day you pick, so that together we have all the days of the week covered. This fast will be on-going. Oremus Family, we are meant to do heavenly work together!

Then, united, one in heart, let's pray. Let's pray without ceasing. Never stop. Let's ask our Beloved for Mercy. Never in all of time has there been a more of a need for fasting and for prayer. Now, the time is now.

Please Jesus, be King of our hearts. Be King of our minds. Be King of our souls.
